LAKE FOREST (6) looks a nice chance fresh. He's a lightly raced three-year-old who won his maiden well fresh at Benalla last time in before tackling a stronger race at Caulfield and struggling on heavy ground. He's won a trial leading into this and should take plenty of beating. ARIZONA ACTIVIST (1) is consistent and coming back to 1200m looks in his favour. He maps for every chance just off the speed and should be in the finish. FABRICE (5) was a bit disappointing fresh at Sandown Lakeside but should strip fitter and this looks like a nice option for him second up. GEE KRISTIE (8) resumed with a narrow maiden win at Moe and might be able to go on with it. KYLE (3) was back from Hong Kong and having his first run in over a year at Mooney Valley and struggled as a $3.10 chance. Can improve but will need to.
