MELIDESH (1) has never raced in 0-58 grade but became eligible for this grade after the last start effort, when far from disgraced. Well held at Pakenham the start prior, but that was a very strong race, and the two starts before resulted in minor placings. A repeat of any of those runs here would shake the life out of this. DANERICH DAN (4) probably needs to be forgiven last start and made a promising return to racing the start prior. KAYGEEBEE (5) was good behind a rejuvenated galloper first-up and has been kept up to the mark with a jumpout since. Gets in nicely after the claim. ZOOMED (7) is another who drops back in grade and must be respected. VILNIUS (2) is a former Waller galloper who looked good in a recent Geelong jumpout and might run a nice race fresh for the new stable.
