MORRISSETTE (7) resumed over a mile at The Heath and did a good job when beaten 1.8L after a slow off. She will be fitter and has plenty up her sleeve. Races well second-up and the extra metres suit. SURELY SPECIAL (8) won a 58 by a space at Geelong bet into a short quote and then disappointed at Bendigo on a heavy track. Will likely be back on a good track today and is a chance to bounce. TRACK PATCHER (9) is in a leading barn and won his Maiden comfortably at Swan Hill first-up. He maps for a soft run and is sure to keep building. EVERYTHING COUNTS (1) is also in good hands and improved sharply second up winning this grade at Kilmore on a heavy track. He goes just as well on the dry and maps for a soft run. SIRVEKE (3) resumes and elevate if big money comes.
