Going with CHERGUI (2) at each way odds. He was hard in the market on debut in a high rating race behind Pallaton before an even effort in the Lonhro Plate last time, again in the market. The Silver Slipper winner Beiwacht came out of that race and the Cummings team have turned the corner recently. SHINING SMILE (1) rates as one of the hardest to beat. He dead heated to win the Talindert Stakes here last time and the co-winner Tentyris has since placed in the Blue Diamond. Shining Smile takes the easier route and can be rewarded from it. CAVALRY GIRL (5) ties in with Shining Smile having won well here last time. She can go on with it. EXCENIA (8) is a nicely bred Exceed And Excel filly who has trialled well and can figure. MARSEPT (9) perhaps next best for the Hawkes camp.
