THE TOP BAR (1) got back in the field first-up over this trip in Open 3YO company and never really got his chance. This is a much easier race for him today and he should be prominent from the outset with a good barrier. He's better than he showed last start and he can return to winning ways. TAWKIN' JIBBERISH (3) stepped up to 1200m and may not have run out the extra trip, beaten 3L at the finish. She drops back to this track and trip now where she was beaten just 1L in stronger company two back. Racing in good order and gets her chance today. ALOT OF ROSES (4) is a lightly raced mare who bumped into a good one at this track and trip most recently, beaten 2.1L. She has the speed to offset the sticky barrier and she can run a bold race. TWIGGER (7) can put himself on the speed and is not to be discounted. COONDLE (2) had claims if he can get back to his best form with a senior jockey back in the saddle.
