PokerStars Rewards program Terms and Conditions ("PokerStars Rewards Program Terms")

Your participation in the PokerStars Rewards program, as provided by PokerStars, shall be deemed to constitute your full acceptance of the PokerStars Rewards Program Terms.

1. Participation in the PokerStars Rewards program is subject to these PokerStars Rewards Program Terms as set out hereunder. We reserve the right to modify, add to or amend these PokerStars Rewards Program Terms at all times, and your continued participation in the program shall serve as your acceptance of and acknowledgement that you will be bound by these PokerStars Rewards Program Terms. You are encouraged to review these PokerStars Rewards Program Terms on a regular basis to keep up to date with its provisions and amendments.

2. Membership of the PokerStars Rewards program is free and available to individuals residing in countries where such membership is allowed. Participation in some countries may be prohibited by local law.

3. Players will not start earning reward points or winning rewards until they have opted into the PokerStars Rewards program via the Start button in the software – found in the main lobby or within the 'My Rewards' menu.

4. The PokerStars Rewards program offers our loyal customers different rewards based on their play.

5. Rewards may not be transferred, bartered, sold or traded in any way. Rewards can only be won, and reward points can only be accumulated, via real money play. When a reward point target is reached, players will win rewards in exchange for those points, as detailed above. Rewards may include cash or game credit.

6. Some rewards won via the PokerStars Rewards program may be subject to play-through requirements.

7. Reward points are only eligible to be earned for stakes or wagers placed on PokerStars poker games.

8. By taking part in the PokerStars Rewards program, you acknowledge that we may refer to your username in the event that you win a significant prize. However, we will only use your name, image and likeness for publicity and marketing purposes if you receive a reward with a value greater than USD 9,999, and we have your written consent. Equally, we will seek your consent if we wish for you to perform interviews (without compensation) with selected press agencies as we may choose, in relation to your win.

9. Any abuse of the PokerStars Rewards program (whether by collusion, cheating, fraud or other forms of impropriety) or failure to follow the PokerStars Rewards Program Terms may result in the termination of your membership and forfeiture or claw back of all accrued rewards and reward points.

10. Our General Terms also apply to the PokerStars Rewards program.

11. We reserve the right to claw back or reverse any award of rewards to any player where the determination to grant that player a reward or the level of reward credited to the player is as a result of manifest error, fraud, technical failure or other unforeseen circumstances.

12. PokerStars Rewards program membership and benefits are provided at our sole discretion and we reserve the right to terminate and/or amend the PokerStars Rewards program (together with its benefits) at any time.

13. Decisions of staff and management about any aspect of the PokerStars Rewards program will be final and not open to review or appeal.

14. Chests will expire after 30 days if unopened, and expired Chests cannot be retrieved.

15. Rewards you receive within Chests can also expire – check your rewards under 'My Rewards' for details of individual expiry dates.

16. Members of the PokerStars Rewards program who rake USD 50,000 or more within a rolling 12-month period will automatically enter the 'PokerStars Select' rewards tier.

17. Players participating in PokerStars Select:

17.1 will receive 50% of their rake from all poker games back directly into their account as cash; and

17.2 must rake at least USD 10,000 in a rolling 3-month period or at least USD 50,000 in a rolling 12-month period to maintain their PokerStars Select participant status.

18. Members of the PokerStars Rewards program who rake USD 100,000 or more within a rolling 12-month period will automatically enter the 'PokerStars Select+' rewards tier.

19. Players participating in PokerStars Select+:

19.1 will receive (a) 60% of their rake from Spin & Go and Zoom games and (b) 50% of their rake from all other poker games back directly into their account as cash; and

19.2 must rake at least USD 20,000 in a rolling 3-month period or at least USD 100,000 in a rolling 12-month period to maintain their PokerStars Select+ participant status.

20. Rakeback will be paid into your account within 48 hours of attainment.

21. If you fail to meet the rake requirements of either tier, you will lose your participant status for the tier you are participating in and will return to the standard membership entitlements of the PokerStars Rewards program. Participant status for PokerStars Select+ will be reduced to PokerStars Select if the rake requirements for PokerStars Select are otherwise met.

22. On reaching the value of rake required for entry into either tier, your participant status for the relevant tier will be added to your account within 48 hours. A promotional chest will also be added to your account which will allow you to start earning rakeback at the applicable percentage for your tier prior to your status change.

23. Participation in PokerStars Select or PokerStars Select+ excludes you from participating in all other promotions offered under the PokerStars Rewards program (such as earning reward points and unlocking Chests). Any outstanding amount of your progress bar at the time you enter either tier will be credited to your account as cash on a pro-rata basis.

24. If a player is able to demonstrate, to our satisfaction, that they have previously staked an amount that is equal to or exceeds the rake requirements for either tier, we may, at our discretion, decide to enter that player into the relevant tier without them having met the rake requirements for entry following the commencement of the tiers. Please contact us at select@pokerstars.com to request consideration of this method of entry.

25. You may opt out of PokerStars Select or PokerStars Select+ and return to the standard membership entitlements of the PokerStars Rewards program at any time by sending an email to select@pokerstars.com.

What is being offered

PokerStars Rewards members with Blue or Bronze Chest level can claim a Step 1 Power Path ticket worth $0.50 for completing daily challenges during the promotional period, as specified below.

When is the offer being conducted

This offer runs daily from 00:00 ET on January 22, 2024 and is ongoing. Each calendar day starts at 00:00 ET and ends at 23:59 ET.

Who is eligible to take part and how can you qualify

The offer is only available to PokerStars Rewards members that reach no higher than Bronze Chest level. It is strictly limited to one per person/household/IP address per day.

Players must complete the daily challenge to qualify for the Step 1 Power Path ticket reward for that day. Daily challenges can be completed by playing any real money game.

Wagering requirements and limitations by type of game

Rake any amount from any poker tournament or cash game in one calendar day. No minimum buy-in or stake applies. For poker tournaments only cash buy-in entries will count towards completing the challenges. Tournament entries using tickets (including Step 1 Power Path tickets awarded as part of this offer), T-Money or through satellite qualification will not count.

Claiming and redeeming the offer

Players will receive a Step 1 Power Path ticket immediately upon completion of each daily challenge, credited inside a Chest. They will need to open the Chest to claim their reward. Unopened Chests will expire 24 hours after being credited.

Step 1 Power Path tickets can only be used to register and play Step 1 Power Path tournaments. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, T-Money or other tickets. 

Step 1 Power Path tournaments can be found in the Tourney/Tournament lobby under ‘The Path’ within the ‘Power Path’ tab.

All tickets expire 7 days after being credited. They will hold no value once expired and will not be compensated. 

What else do you need to know

Players can check any tournament tickets they have, alongside information on expiry dates and more by going to ‘My Rewards’ menu and selecting ‘Tournament Tickets’.
