You can take a break from gambling or stop playing altogether in a few simple steps. Below you'll find information about our exclusion tools and how they work.

How does self-exclusion work?

The exclusion tool can help you take healthy breaks when needed. You can choose from:

  • Taking a break: You can choose to take a break for 12 hours up to 24 hours.
  • Self-exclusion: You can choose to be excluded from playing for 7 days up to 180 days.
    • To start playing again after 180 days have passed:
      • Log in to your account on our website. You'll see a pop-up message asking if you want to reinstate your account. If the self-exclusion expires while you're logged in, you won't see the pop-up. You'll need to log out and log in again to see the pop-up message.
      • Choose 'Reinstate' and confirm your choice by entering your password. If you choose 'Do not reinstate', your self-exclusion will remain active. You'll see the same message at your next login.

To apply this to your account, follow these instructions, depending on how you access your account:

  • Desktop: Tools → Responsible Gaming → Exclude Me From Playing
  • Mobile: Account → Responsible Gaming Settings → Exclude Me From Playing

When will I be able to play again?

Once you confirm an exclusion, we can't reverse your decision. You'll be able to enjoy our games again when the exclusion period expires.

To see the specific time and date when your exclusion expires, log in to your account and go to the Responsible Gaming section. Under 'take a break', you'll be able to see details of when your exclusion expires.

What can and can't I do during a self-exclusion?

During your exclusion period, you'll still be able to log in to your account and make withdrawals. You'll also be unregistered from all tournaments that begin during your chosen break period and you won't receive any marketing emails or newsletters from us.

Can I restrict or block a specific game?

Yes. Using our tools, you'll be able to restrict or entirely block access to games, set up limits, and manage your playing experience.
